1Make your Selections
Browse our website to find products that suit your space, style, and requirements. You can save items to your wish list or, when ready, add products to your cart to purchase or request a quote.
2Place your Order
When you’re ready to proceed, follow the checkout steps to submit your order or quote request. Our team will review your details and prepare the next steps.
3Measure & Confirmation
For products that include installation, a Cortani representative will contact you to arrange an on-site measure and confirm final details.
A 50% deposit is required for all products that include installation. Products that do not require installation require full payment at the time of order.
If installation is not required, our team will confirm your order and arrange delivery to your nominated address.
Please note: in-home measurements can only be completed once all bathroom tiling has been completed.
4Manufacture
Once measurements and details are confirmed, your product will move into production. Custom-made shower screens, mirrors, wardrobes, and splashbacks typically take approximately 2–3 weeks to manufacture.
4Installation
When your product is ready, our team will contact you to schedule installation at a suitable time. Installation is completed by experienced Cortani technicians to ensure accurate fitment and a quality finish.

Shower screens ordered as part of our full service solution will require on-site measuring, while selected made-to-order options are available for DIY installation, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements and sorting out your own installation solution.
